Boating at Fewa Lake in Pokhara is
a pleasant, relaxing activity with fine scenery. Small boats,
with or without an oarsman/guide, are available for rent.
Several of Nepal’s beautiful rivers offer fine sport
fishing. The Kosi river system is known for the huge mahseer
carp (sometimes 45 kilos/100 pounds) that are best fished
for in November and March.
